MY APPROACH

When I work with families, I stress the need for fun. Portrait sessions can be very intimidating, especially if you think that your kids should be perfect. I am a great believer in letting kids direct the shoot. I love un-posed, natural shots. I have had many clients leave sessions worried that we haven’t gotten a thing and boy are they surprised when they see their session proofs! Know that if we work together, I will love your children and they will leave thinking they have just had the best time ever! (Even teenagers like my sessions most of the time.) I look forward to the challenges that face me when babies refuse to smile, toddlers run across the room or teenagers give me attitude. I was a nursery school teacher and of course I am a mom of three grown kids. Nothing fazes me because I really have seen it all.
